It's always a mad rush, last day of school holidays with unfinished, half done, neglected homework still rotting at the bottom of your school bag with all the uneaten bits of fruit (the center of dad jokes throughout the ages "this apples as been to school as many times its starting to make friends", you get the drift) which have turned into your own personal, portable compost bin. Lovely mental image, isn't it although trust me when I say it's much worse when your the one, having to scrub out the bits of mold consuming the scones you made 2nd week, first term in "healthy choices", ugh .
It suddenly occurred to me, with my non-existent time management skills, fully functional as they may be, this might defiantly almost, possibly be my last post for some time (9 weeks, 3 days and numerous late nights, if one was going to be pedantic about it.) But instead of dreading the return to the educational institute, now referred to as school. I'm going to positively embrace it, with open arms, accepting the wise words of generation past "what are you whinging about, in my day..."
So, commence the late night cramming. constant checking of the cupboards because despite checking them 3 minuets ago and finding the same result, there is still nothing to eat, endless procrastinating and continuing my eternal love hate, but mostly hate, no, actually it's all hate relationship, with the school printing system.
xx.
